It completely depends on your utility. If you have a higher utility, you might have to finish it sooner.

2. What is the best way to clean Brass utensils?

You can use a normal dishwashing soap to clean the utensils from the inside and Pitambari or a paste made from Flour (Atta), Vinegar/lemon Juice, and salt can be applied on the outside to retain the shine of the utensils.

1. Since brass and copper are good conductors of heat, cook food on medium to low flame. This would also help you to save gas. They are an intelligent step towards sustainability.

2. Do not leave the saucepan on gas without oil as it might melt the Kalai, leading to quick fading of the coating.
